My Additions to Saturday Studio Brunch V1  »
Today’s version of Mashed Potatoes:Boil potatoes. Mash with coarsely ground pepper, finely chopped olives, bits of cheddar cheese, salt. Add a few drops of lemon. I also put in a few drops of Zulu Red Chilli sauce (yes, the things we find in the studio kitchen are often astonishing!). I think it might be nice to add a few drops of olive oil as well.
Sautéed Spinach & Mushrooms:Mix some finely chopped onions, garlic and green chillies with vinegar and put aside. Blanche chopped spinach. Heat oil in a pan, and throw in the vinegary mix. When it starts to become pink, throw in the chopped mushrooms, spinach and herbs as you please.
